"My former agent retired, Andrew was given my name as my new agent. He wrote to me on June 20 he would contact me soon to discuss my current insurance. It is now Aug 1, did he retire too? Is this the service he provides? I have had State Farm for over 55 years. Never been treated this way. I did find out he had planned a vacation a couple years ago and so that is why he was out of the office for a couple weeks. What about the other 4 weeks? This info should have been in the letter he sent out. I have gone to another agent with State Farm."
